CATALYST - Leading Transformational Program for Senior Programme Directors

It was a great learning experience for the past two months from Dec'21.

When I enrolled for this training program in Sept'21, there were lot of hindrances such as I caught up with COVID and had to be hospitalised for 16 days, couldn't continue with immediate next batch due to my recovery time, and got a new programme to execute with a hectic schedule and etc.,

I purposely avoided to enrol again in a next batches, just to give some time for my health recovery, but i couldn't resist my thirst for learning for a long. In Dec'21, though I was not fully recovered physically, I got recovered mentally to gear up my learning journey. So, I opted to join this Intensive training again which was scheduled to start from Dec'21.

The schedule was very aggressive and power packed. It's like a workshop combined with realtime case study based training model with an highly interactive sessions with industrial leaders, experts and external faculties.

The course is a 6 weeks duration, planned for 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Wed) with each day 4.5 hours. Additional 2 weeks to prepare and give final presentations to the panelists. In this presentation, we have to demonstrate our learnings from this programme, how to apply the tools & techniques that we learnt and how to harness the organisational capabilities to tackle the challenges in large transformation programmes and etc.,

To be honest, for the first couple of weeks, I struggled to attend the sessions for entire 4 hrs due to customer commitments and meetings. But, later on, I had planned all my activities as per the program timeline and was able to manage effectively as I really don't want to miss the great opportunity of live interactive sessions with seniors.

The journey was amazing, we had gone through lot of real time case studies through small break-out rooms for brainstorming and group discussions.

SJT (Situational Judgement Tests), how to harness organisational tools & services, simulations games for 'data driven decision making' are all very unique experience from this program.

To add few more. SJT, Elevator pitch, lot of case studies and final presentations on any realtime transformation program of our choice are the highlights of this program. I would say that this transformation program actually transformed perspectives to look at many traditional approaches differently.
